Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service is a business operations and customer relationship management platform that may include features for managing customers, sales, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, marketing, content and reporting. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the organisation you represent. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at enquiries@astechsol.co.uk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• send unlawful, unsolicited or deceptive communications through the Service; or
• reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for obtaining any consents required to process it, including the personal data of your own customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by AS Tech Sol or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party products (for example, hosting, email, payment, messaging and analytics providers such as Google services). Your use of those products is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Where you connect Google services, your use is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

7. Fees

Where fees apply to your use of the Service, they will be agreed separately. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Tech Sol will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
